The following policies have been put in place to insure that no fraudulant Activity effect me nor my shop. they are put in place so you, our customers, know and understand our policies before contacting with issues regarding your items and purchasing. <3

Returns: we do not accept returns after 14 days of item being delivered. if an item is delivered and its damaged or the wrong item, we will be more than happy to help with the return and make it right as long as its within the 14 days of recieving your order. after the 14-days, we do not do returns. we are more than happy to give a full refund within the 14 days if you decide to not want your item reshipped. if you want your item to be reshipped, we do not offer both refund AND reshipping of the item.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final, Especially if they are customized orders. if you contact me with the 14 day return window, i can reship the item you had purchased, but cannot get a different item. you will be reshipped the item you had purchased originally. the ONLY exception is if you recieved the wrong item. contact me within the 14 day window and im more than happy to make it right.

Chargeback: if you request a chargeback, you will be added to the watchlist. the watchlist is a list of those who file chargebacks after recieving thier items to get free stuff. its a very common fraudulant activity. if done more than 3 times, you will be put on the banned list, which you will be banned from purchasing from my shop.

Scams: I, myself, have seen and had many people try and scam my shop from when i had an etsy shop. any activity deemed as a scam or fraudulant will be also placed on the watchlist. I do not play when it comes to activity that is deemed a scam or fraudulent. Zero Tolerance for it.
